And one of our favorite hotels in the Metro has prepared great Yuletide packages for the Christmas season that will save moms from the stress of Christmas dinner preparations.         At F1 All-Day Dining, feast your tummies on this gorgeous Stuffed Lechon Belly Kare-Kare. If you look closely you will see native veggies stuffed inside this succulent pork. Made by non-other than Head Chef of F All-Day Dining, Chef Decker Gokioco.


        The Kare-kare sauce and grilled egg plant is served on the side. So this is how I "plated" my kare-kare :-)


        Another signature holiday dish of his is the Popcorn and Walnut Crusted Salmon with Tarragon. Classy and flavorful!


        Chef Decker Gokioco's inspiration were family recipes he grew up with. And I find them all deliciously inventive and confident! (Okay I got those terms from My Best Friend's Wedding but they really fit for Chef's dishes!). Here are the other super delicious dishes that was served:









Oooh! And I also really enjoyed their Palabok from the Palabok station! Yep! Palabok cooked as you order! And it was one of the best Palaboks I've had!



        Dessert was also pinoy-inspired. Are you ready for this? A mouth-watering YEMA TART! Yema with just the right amount of sweetness topped with thick meringue cream, on a bed of delicious crust! I'm so drooling right now!


        They also have Sorbetes crinkles! It's flavored with ube and queso de bola! Soft and delicious! Truly unique!
        The more awesome news? You may avail of F1 Hotel's Party Platters for gourmet dishes and have it delivered right at your doorstep! That means you can serve these impressive dishes to your guests  for Christmas without getting stressed. Customized orders are also available upon request. You can choose from some dishes including the Baked Salmon, Pesto Crusted Lamb Leg, and Pad Thai!
